The white Damask rose is upside down at the waistband of the skirt along with two red rosebuds; its stem continues its upward ascent along the corset: first revealing another open white Damask rose with its pistil exposed, then culminating at the top in a vermilion Damask rose. A symbolic journey from the purity and innocence of first love to the disruptive force of passion—red like the blood that warms our veins as emotion intensifies.

Craftsmanship & Materials

Couture garment entirely by tailor Cristina Garbini in double-layered stretch silk. The fabric creates a sculptural effect and enhances the copper-toned orange hue. The corset features a clean, elegant cut with a square neckline and delicate straps. The long, flared skirt softly embraces the hips for a figure-enhancing silhouette. The symbolic, artistic embroidery is entirely hand-stitched by artist Bruna Manera using silk threads.
