Each Telling Roses piece is thoughtfully handmade and truly one of a kind. For this reason, we’re unable to offer exchanges. 

That said, we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. If you wish to return your piece, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

• A full refund to your original payment method, or
• A store credit coupon for the same amount, to be used on a future order at tellingroses.com

Returned items should be: Unworn and unused In their original condition and packaging Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
