The Venus & Adonis Collection is inspired by the ancient Myth according to which Venus once loved the beautiful mortal Adonis, only to find him fatally wounded by a wild boar.His blood fell upon her sacred white roses, turning them red.

In this myth the Red Roses embody the dual nature of love: bliss and loss, passion and pain. Telling Roses brings to life this universal story through the ancient art of hand-embroidery and with an original storytelling artwork.
